Seed packets arrive in your garden; drag two matching plants together and they grow into the next stage: seed, sprout, bud, flower, bush, then blossom tree. Two plants of the same size in different primary colors mix: red and yellow make orange. Flowers grow petals, even while you're away, to buy seeds, new plots and decorations. The four Color Guesser plush friends drop by with orders, and the album keeps every plant you discover. An idle garden game for 2 to 5 minutes, ages 8 to 80.
how to play
- Tap the seed packet: a seed is planted in the garden. Drag a plant onto a matching plant (same color, same size): they merge into the next size.
- For a new color, drag together two plants of the same size in red, yellow or blue: red and yellow make orange, yellow and blue make green, blue and red make purple.
- When a plush friend places an order, gather the plants they ask for and tap their card to hand them over. Flowers grow petals: tap them to harvest.
tips and tricks
- Keep a free square near the middle: that's where you place and merge fastest.
- Before merging two sprouts, check the orders: a friend may be asking for sprouts right now.
- For a mixed plant, first grow both primary colors to the same size, then mix them: orange, green and purple keep that size.
- Flowers, bushes and trees grow petals: the bigger the plant, the more it gives. Harvest before you leave, the garden keeps growing without you.
- Garden full? Merge what you can, or compost a spare seed.

What is the color garden?
A merge and farming game played in your browser, free and ad-free. You merge identical plants to make them grow, mix primary colors to create new ones, and fill orders from the Color Guesser plush friends. No timer, no game over, no purchases: petals are earned only by playing.
Can I play if I'm color blind?
Yes. Each color family has a sign engraved on its pot: a circle for red, a triangle for yellow, a square for blue, and both signs together for mixed colors (circle and triangle for orange). The 123 button makes these signs stand out and shows each plant's size, from 1 to 6.
Does the garden grow when I'm not playing?
Yes, for up to 4 hours. When you come back, a "while you were away" summary shows the petals that grew and the packets that arrived. Nothing is lost and nothing rushes you: plants never wilt.
What is the daily garden?
Every day, everyone gets the same three orders and the same packet sequence, in a small fresh garden. Fill all three orders with as few packets as you can: your first game counts toward the shared daily streak, and you can share your result without spoilers.
